Arcentra provides software, hosted experiences, and related documentation for CI/CD and agent-native delivery workflows. Features may evolve, be modified, or be discontinued as we improve the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting infrastructure, introducing malware, or violating applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and the security of your deployments.

4. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

Parts of Arcentra are distributed under open-source licenses. Your use of those components is subject to their respective license terms. Third-party services linked from Arcentra are governed by their own policies and terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Arcentra trademarks, branding, and proprietary materials remain the property of Arcentra and its licensors. Except where explicitly granted, these Terms do not transfer ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcentra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the services.
